Give your child the chance to learn a martial art with other children. They’ll practise movement and grappling skills, work with a partner and learn how to train together.

Do I need to get fit first?

No. Tell the coach where you’re starting from so you can discuss an appropriate pace.

What should I wear?

Bring water and comfortable sports clothing. We’ll confirm kit and arrival details for your chosen session before you attend.

How much does it cost?

Message us for the current intro and membership options. We’ll explain the prices before you book.

Do you have children’s classes?

Yes. Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu runs in Cockermouth on Sunday at 5pm and Penrith on Thursday at 5pm. See kids’ classes and contact us to confirm the suitable class for your child’s age.

Can I start karate now?

Shotokan Karate classes are coming soon. Message the club to ask about the launch. Dates, venues and times will be announced when confirmed.
